  IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE ZERO, THIS STORE EARNED IT. Purely a front. Not sure why they are open. I came in at 7:01 pm and left a 8:08 pm with no phone although I was promised by T Mobile customer care I would get an iPhone there. The store was crowed, which I didn't mind. However, what I did mind is myself and other customers waiting our turn and the employees, letting people a head of us come in and get service before the people who have been waiting on the slow customer service in the store. So Abbey and others in the store let people, who have supposedly quick transactions go a head of us like pay a bill or what ever. My point is we were there first and should be serviced as first come, first service. However, Abbey wanted to explain that concept is "complicated" and wanted to argue about it when I called them out on this simple business concept. Basically, their actions stated other customers business was more important that our business that were in the store waiting to get acknowledged by one of those drones at this store. I could not believe what I was hearing from them. I left just outside the door to call T Mobile customer care and those mental midgets in this store locked the door. So in short, if you like long waits and want to be totally ignored or talked to like you are not important to T Mobile, then by all means go to this store and get the business. I GOT NEWS FOR YOU ABBEY AND THE CREW AT THIS LOCATION. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY CELLULAR CARRIER IN THIS TOWN. T Mobile customer care, of coursed apologized for those miscreants at this T Mobile location. However, the damaged is done and I am looking for a new carrier after being with T Mobile 5 years and trying to buy a new phone from T Mobile and add another line... WHY???? Of course the employees at this location doesn't care. It is not their company they are messing up! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE!!!

  This location always provided excellent customer service no matter who's is there. I shopped on several occasions, never same people in store but always same quality. I was told by another location to just call customer service number and take care of it myself. This location offered to make the call and perform all changes to account for me. Personnell appears to enjoy what they are doing. I would not hesitate to drive a few extra miles to get to the 78 location
